Recovery Services
Feel better in your body.
Recovery sessions support circulation, reduce physical fatigue, and help your body reset. Sessions can be booked on their own or alongside Athletic Therapy. No injury required.
Compression Recovery Sessions
Compression recovery sessions use slow, rhythmic, wave-like pressure to support circulation and reduce physical fatigue and swelling in the legs and hips. These sessions are designed for people who want an easy, low-effort way to feel lighter and more comfortable in their body after long workdays, repetitive demands, or sustained activity.
Compression sessions can be booked on their own and do not require an injury. They are also commonly used between Athletic Therapy visits to support recovery, but they are not a treatment session.
After a brief setup, compression sessions are self-directed. You control the experience in a calm clinical environment, without hands-on treatment or ongoing instruction.
Compression recovery sessions at Revolution Rehab use Normatec compression boots, a clinically recognized system commonly used by physically active individuals to support circulation and recovery.
