Direct Billing

Most health plans cover therapy services, but details vary. Some cover all services, some cover part, and others need a doctor's prescription. See below for our direct billing policy.
Clients should check their plan to avoid surprises. We bill directly to listed insurers below for insurance plans. For others, including those using secondary policies, clients pay at our clinic and submit receipts for reimbursement. Receipts are emailed, and reimbursement usually takes one to two business days.

Revolution Direct Billing Policy

Direct Billing requires a valid credit card on file along with a signed Direct Billing Consent form.
Revolution direct bills the primary policy only. For secondary policies, the remaining amount is paid for onsite and the client submits to their insurance directly.

Understanding of Coverage Limits & Settling Amounts Owing

It takes at least one business day to set-up direct billing. Revolution does not guarantee direct billing will be set-up for last minute appointments or when there is a delay in filling out the appropriate paperwork.
In the event insurance does not pay Revolution for a claims submission, such as when a benefit maximum is reached or a claim is placed on hold, if after 10 business days, Revolution is unable to collect the amount owing from the insurer, Revolution will notify the client who then has two business days to settle the account. If the account is still not settled after two business days, Revolution will charge the amount owing to the credit card on file.
