Revolution’s Late Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments impact your therapist's schedule and income while preventing another client from accessing that appointment time.

Revolution Rehab requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or appointment change.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session fee.

Appointments billed through MPI or WCB are subject to a flat late cancellation fee of $45.
