Part-Time Athletic Therapist in Winnipeg

Build toward a full-time clinical career

Join an established Athletic Therapy-led clinic with an existing client base, clinic-supported scheduling, and a structured path toward full-time practice.

This role is designed for therapists who want to focus on becoming excellent clinicians. You will start part-time, integrate into an established system, and build steadily toward a full-time caseload without the pressure of generating demand on your own.

At Revolution Rehab, the clinic manages demand, scheduling, administration, and client flow so you can focus on client care.

This role is best suited to therapists who value consistency, mentorship, professional growth, and a long-term future in clinical practice.

This is not a “build your own caseload” role.

  • The clinic generates demand and manages scheduling.

  • The therapist provides consistent, reliable availability.

  • The focus is on steady growth and stability in a supportive environment.

This allows you to focus on your clinical work while the clinic supports demand and scheduling around you.

About Revolution Rehab

Revolution Rehab is an Athletic Therapy–led clinic focused on one-on-one, therapist-led care.
We work with adults managing pain, injury, stiffness, and movement concerns, with an emphasis on clear explanations, practical plans, and care that fits into real life.

  • One-on-one care with no double booking

  • A calm, professional environment

  • A client base that values thoughtful, consistent care

  • A structure that supports both therapists and clients

Our approach prioritizes time with the therapist, clear communication, and fewer, more purposeful interventions.

This role may be a good fit if you want to:

  • Build toward a sustainable full-time clinical career

  • Develop confidence and clinical reasoning in a supportive environment

  • Focus on one-on-one care rather than self-promotion

  • Work within a structured system that supports both therapists and clients

  • Grow steadily with an established client base already in place

This role is likely not a fit if you:

  • Need an immediate full caseload

  • Want full control over your schedule from the start

  • Prefer to operate independently within a shared space

  • Are uncomfortable with shared care or coordinated transitions

How our scheduling model works

Our scheduling model is designed to create consistent access for clients while maintaining a stable, predictable structure for therapists.

  • We do not require a set number of bookings. We require consistent, reliable availability

  • The clinic manages demand and fills appointments into structured schedules

  • Availability is structured to allow for natural variation in bookings while maintaining continuity of care

  • Reliability and consistency matter more than short-term volume

This structure supports both consistent client care and a sustainable pace for therapists.
