Part-Time Athletic Therapist in Winnipeg
Join an Athletic Therapy-led clinic built around thoughtful care, consistent systems, and one-on-one treatment.
We are hiring a part-time Athletic Therapist to support clinic capacity and maintain access to care following a therapist transition.
You will integrate into an established system and build steadily, without pressure for an immediate full caseload.
This role is best suited to therapists who value consistency, structure, and a steady build over a fast ramp.

This is not a “build your own caseload” role.
The clinic is responsible for generating demand
The therapist is responsible for maintaining consistent, reliable availability
in their scheduleThe focus is on steady growth, not pressure to reach a full caseload immediately
This allows you to focus on your clinical work while the clinic supports demand and scheduling around you.

Reliability and consistency matter more than short-term volume
