Revolution’s Late Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments directly affect your therapist’s livelihood and prevent other clients from accessing care.

Revolution Rehab requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice — or missed entirely — will be subject to a 50% session fee.

• When booking online, you are automatically agreeing to this policy.

• When booking by phone, our administrative team will review this policy with you. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

In practice, Revolution Rehab sends an intake form before your first visit that includes our detailed cancellation policy. Before each appointment, and prior to the cancellation window closing, you’ll also receive a brief health screening and reminder survey that restates the policy and provides ample time to reschedule if needed.
